Long Time Smoker

I'm new to this site, but not new to quiting smoking. I've been smoking for 22 years. I'm looking for a support buddy/friend. I'm the only one in my house that smokes. So you can imagine all the stuff I been told. "Mom your smoke is killing me"  "Honey you smell like a ashtray" and so on. I smoke outside more than inside depending on the weather. I would love to do more with my Church. I would love to do stuff without havng to stop and take a smoke break. So much I could and would do if only I wasn't controled by a cigarette. My hubby and kids just don't understand how hard it is to quit. They think I can just say ok and never smoke again without some kind of help/support. I tryed so many times cold turkey just to start again.
