A Prayer for You

There seem to be quite a few people now on EX who are struggling with heavy burdens; some physical, some emotional, some unknown.  I found this yesterday on a website I was shopping on and loved it enough to copy (a cumbersome process for me between laptop and phone) because I thought of you, my EX friends.  No matter what, please keep your quit; smoking doesn't help one little bit to ease the pain.  I know because I've been there, done that, and what the outcome is if you relapse is simply another "problem" added to your life--one you had already begun to master.
