Maybe trying to address the depression might actually help some of us quit. Just a thought. BTW, I'm on my 12th smoke free day and 3rd day of being off the nicorette. I guess they did help physically because my cravings are higher in the morning and after meals than they have been, but not too much I can't bear. I just find myself thinking about it a little more but it's amazing how small the temptations are after 11 days. I just can't wait until my first month is complete. Thanks to this site and everyone on it. Without reading your blogs and experiences, I don't think I would have made it this far.
