Hello everyone! Sorry I haven't been around, I'm still smoke free, just realized after a few weeks that coming here on a daily basis was keeping smoking at the forefront of my mind all the time, whereas if I don't come here all the time I hardly think about it. Not sure how to phrase that without making the website sound bad and that's not my intention at all, I found so much support here and so many friends, and am so grateful for everything I've found here. I'll still check in from time to time, just can't come here everyday like I was. I'll be celebrating my first smoke free birthday in at least a decade tomorrow, very excited about that 🙂 Good luck to everyone, I hope everybody has managed to stick by their guns and stay smoke free!
