I started to smoke cigarettes when I was 16 years old I remember my first hit and I loved it and then soon after that I was hocked to it I was in with my girlfriend died I realize that I had to quit I tried to quit so many times but I never code and then all the sun Vape started popping up everywhere I see so I tried that and I got hooked to that as well so I started smoking and vaping for a very long time I do not know how much I smoke or Vape because it’s literally one after another I know I have about five cigarettes today and then I have a Vape always in my hand my grandma just died a couple months ago from throat cancer so I promised her that I would quit smoking and vaping I keep on trying to quit smoking and vaping but I see it wherever I go I really really need to quit by October I feel like I do not know what to do because I tried to dead Vape thing and it doesn’t even work I tried the picture guards they don’t even work I like that sensation of going into my lungs and me blowing out smoke does anybody have any suggestions at all and what I can do because the nicotine withdrawals are unbelievable I can’t use a patch because I’m allergic to it and it in the gum does not work for me I am sucking on right now for milligrams of ice and juice I have triedI have tried the nicotine inhaler but I got very very sick from it because I just kept on taking one hit after another one hit after another like I was doing with the Vape and I didn’t even care that I was getting sick from it so I have no idea what to do now I feel like it’s pointless that I’m gonna die anyway does anybody have any suggestions at all right now because I’m willing to take anything
